Description
The Nursing Service Manager will lead professional and organizational matters in the nursing area at the inpatient hospice in Schöneberg-Steglitz, Berlin. Responsibilities include nursing team management, palliative-care quality and development, staff support, duty roster and deployment planning, onboarding, team development, internal processes, care and hygiene standards, and collaboration with hospice staff, physicians, therapists, volunteers, and guests. The role requires a qualified licensed nursing professional and further nursing-management training of at least 460 hours under SGB XI. It is a full-time position with 39.4 hours per week, an entry salary of €4,297.23 to €4,803.42, a hospice allowance, and an employment contract without term limitation.
