Description
The Nursing Service Manager will lead the nursing department at the stationary hospice in Schöneberg-Steglitz, Berlin, overseeing professional and organizational leadership, quality and development of palliative care, employee development, shift scheduling, onboarding, team processes, and implementation of nursing, quality, and hygiene standards. The role requires a registered nursing professional with leadership training under SGB XI of at least 460 hours and offers full-time employment for 39.4 hours per week, an entry salary of €4,297.23 to €4,803.42, a hospice allowance, and an unlimited employment contract.
