Description
HUMANEO is hiring a Nursing Service Manager / Responsible Registered Nurse to establish and professionally lead an out-of-hospital intensive care area across therapy centers in Munich, Regensburg, and Nuremberg. The role oversees nursing care and quality standards, leads and schedules nursing staff, manages onboarding and competence development, coordinates conferences, collaborates with physicians and therapists, and supports ventilated and tracheostomy-cannulated patients. Candidates must have completed three-year registered nurse training, at least 460 hours of management-related continuing education, advanced respiratory therapy or intensive care training, at least 24 months of professional nursing experience, and strong knowledge of invasive and non-invasive ventilation, tracheostomy cannulae, and secretion management. The position is full-time or in accordance with responsible-nursing requirements, with a start date of 01.11.2026 or later and a gross monthly salary of €5,800–€6,800 plus allowances.
