Description
The role organizes and oversees nursing service operations, patient-care flow, room and equipment availability, nursing technicians, infection control, records, inventory, sterilization, staffing, biosafety, and training. It provides nursing care, supports seriously ill patients, manages nonconformities and credentialing, and coordinates with clinical and educational partners. The position requires higher education in Nursing, active COREN-SP registration, a CIP, and at least six months of experience in emergency or urgent care services.
