Description

Langara College in Vancouver, B.C., is seeking a Part-Time Nursing Simulation Laboratory Technician. This permanent position involves supporting daily operations of the Nursing Simulation Center (NSC), assisting with equipment setup and dismantling, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance. The technician will also handle programming and operation of mannequins, record simulation scenarios, and provide technical support and education to educators and students. Collaboration with lab demonstrators ensures a safe and effective learning environment.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Associate degree in computer science, technology or health science.

Experience with demonstrating the use of equipment to others, preferably students and educators.
