Description
The employer is hiring a Nursing Specialist as Residential Area Manager / Wohnbereichsleitung (WBL) to lead a residential unit with approximately 25–30 residents in a modern inpatient care facility in the Wolfsburg area. The role manages and schedules the nursing team, ensures care quality and documentation, serves as a contact for residents, families, and employees, and supports audits and inspections. It is a permanent full-time or part-time position with gross base pay of €53,000 to €58,800 per year plus allowances, with total compensation possible up to approximately €67,200. Several years of inpatient elderly-care experience are required, while further training in residential area management is preferred; training can be supported alongside current work.
