Diakovere Krankenhaus gGmbH is hiring a Nursing Specialist as Training Coordinator for Practical Training to coordinate nursing practical training across the Henriettenstift, Freiderikenstift, and Annastift sites. The role plans placements for trainees and salaried practice instructors, collaborates with schools and external partners, manages quality circles and project work, and leads the team of salaried practice instructors. It is available full-time or part-time on a fixed-term basis for the duration of the incumbent’s absence and requires nursing specialist or registered nurse training, a healthcare-related university degree, substantial professional experience including at least two years in a hospital, and strong organizational, planning, communication, and training skills.
