DIAKOVERE Krankenhaus gGmbH is hiring a Nursing Specialist as Training Coordinator for Practical Training to coordinate nursing practical training across the Henriettenstift, Freiderikenstift, and Annastift sites. The role plans placements for trainees and practice instructors, leads the team of full-time practice instructors, manages quality circles and continuing education, and handles project management. It is available full-time or part-time on a fixed-term basis for the duration of the current job holder’s absence and requires nursing specialist or registered nurse training, a health-sector university degree, at least two years of hospital experience, and strong organizational, planning, communication, and training skills.
