The Diakonisches Werk Altholstein is hiring a full-time, permanent Nursing Specialist (m/f/d) for night service at its Altenzentrum St. Nicolai in Kiel. The role works in a seven-day service model, independently manages night duty, provides basic and clinical nursing care, plans and documents the nursing process, makes structured handovers, responds to night-time care situations, and supports residents and relatives. Applicants must have completed training as a Registered Nurse, Elderly Care Nursing Specialist, or Pediatric Nurse, and be willing to work regularly on night duty. The position offers compensation under the Church Collective Bargaining Agreement for Diakonie, vacation, bonuses, flexible working models, pension, training, and other benefits.
