St. Ann’s Community is hiring an experienced Nursing Supervisor for its St. Ann’s Care Center at the Webster campus. The role plans, organizes, and directs nursing services for residents; conducts clinical assessments and rounds, manages condition changes and incident follow-up, supports nursing staff appraisals and hiring recommendations, and participates in training. It is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with night-shift availability, requiring a valid New York State RN license, an associate degree, and ten years of nursing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; long-term care experience is preferred.
