The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services is hiring a Nursing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the statewide Long-Term Care Reimbursement Unit. The role determines levels of care and reimbursement for Medicaid nursing services, references regulations and policies, supports nursing facilities, conducts in-service education, maintains program statistics and reports, and hires and trains LTC nurses.
