Description
The Nursing Supervisor provides safe, individualized nursing care and oversees the nursing team and care processes in a hospital unit. Responsibilities include supporting nursing supervision decisions, coordinating care workflows, maintaining infection-control and biosafety standards, managing inventory and sterilization, supervising records and equipment, monitoring service schedules, and developing quality indicators. The role requires higher education in nursing, a postgraduate degree in the area of practice, active professional registration, and experience in the area of practice. It is scheduled Monday through Friday for eight hours per day, with medical and dental assistance and other benefits.
