VEG is hiring a Nursing Supervisor to lead and support credentialed veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants in a fast-paced veterinary emergency hospital. The role focuses on coaching and mentoring staff, managing schedules and coverage, helping maintain patient flow and customer experience, addressing team and customer issues, and collaborating with hospital leadership to support quality care and efficient operations. Candidates need at least 2 years of clinical veterinary nursing or technician experience, strong leadership development focus, and the ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and in physically demanding hospital conditions.
