Description
The Nursing Supervisor oversees and coordinates nursing services in a healthcare facility, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with applicable regulations and facility standards. The role directs assigned nursing areas, delegates and supervises personnel, evaluates resident care plans and emergencies, supports nursing procedures and documentation, addresses complaints, coordinates with administration and other departments, and monitors staff education and performance. Applicants must be registered nurses licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and have at least two years of nursing experience in a healthcare facility or equivalent qualifications. The position requires on-site physical presence and the ability to work extended hours when needed.
