Description
St. Camillus Assisted Living and Memory Care is hiring a Nursing Supervisor for its CBRF pool. The LPN or RN supervisor will oversee resident care and daily clinical operations, maintain staffing, assess residents, administer medications and treatments, communicate with physicians and families, manage care plans, coach and train caregiving staff, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with Wisconsin assisted living and CBRF regulations. The role requires an accredited nursing education, a current Wisconsin LPN or RN license, CBRF and CPR certifications, clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills, leadership ability, and strong communication. Pool staff must work at least four shifts monthly, including weekend, weekday, and holiday shifts.
