Mayo Clinic is hiring a Nurse Supervisor 24/7 Practice to supervise patient care, operations, and staff development in an assigned specialty area. The role provides 24-hour clinical accountability, supports quality and safe patient care, collaborates across services, and may include hiring, staffing, teaching, committee work, and research. It requires a nursing degree, at least two years of nursing practice or progressive leadership experience, an applicable RN license, and strong leadership and communication skills. The position is full-time, typically Monday through Friday, pays $105,060 to $157,643 per year, and is eligible for Tennessee sponsorship.
