Description
The part-time Nursing Supervisor provides hospital-wide nursing supervision in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer and Unit Directors, coordinating age-appropriate patient care, staffing, quality improvement, compliance, and staff development. The role requires a registered nurse license in Maine or authorization to practice by endorsement, BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP within six months of hire, along with at least four years of acute care experience. The schedule consists of one 12-hour day shift and one 12-hour night shift per week.
