MHLB-Memorial Hospital Los Banos, part of Sutter Health, is hiring a per diem/casual Nursing House Supervisor to represent administration and direct hospital operations when leadership is absent. The role supervises personnel across departments, serves as an administrative liaison, supports patient-care and non-clinical staffing decisions, interprets hospital policies, and provides guidance to hospital units. Applicants must be graduates of accredited nursing schools, hold a state RN license and BLS certification, and typically have 12 years of recent relevant experience; ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required as applicable. The position involves varied 12-hour shifts, variable days, and rotating weekends, with pay of $83.03–$116.23 per hour.
