Description
The role leads nursing operations at a 24-hour Urgent Care Unit (UPA) in Vila Independência, São Paulo. It is responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing care and administrative activities; improving procedures and routines; managing nursing staff; ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, institutional, municipal, regional, and federal nursing requirements; and reporting departmental needs and performance to management. The position requires a completed nursing degree, a postgraduate degree in a relevant management or urgent-care specialty, and at least six months of proven nursing team management experience in urgent care services. The schedule is 40 hours per week, with meal, food, optional medical and dental assistance, and partner benefits.
