Northwell Health is hiring a full-time Nursing Technician for the Emergency Department at Norwalk Hospital in Norwalk, Connecticut. The role provides patient care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse, prioritizes assignments, communicates with patients and coworkers, maintains equipment and supplies, uses Eclipys and Cerner, and completes other assigned duties. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience as a Nursing Assistant or EMT in Connecticut; zero to six months of experience is desired. It offers three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays, and pays $17.00 to $28.50 per hour.
