Description
The 12-month Traineeship with Flexteam Cure is designed for qualified nurses who are authorized and competent to perform nursing procedures but lack hospital experience. The trainee receives onboarding in one medical department for three months and one surgical department for three months, alternating between the Sittard-Geleen and Heerlen locations, before working independently. The role requires an MBO or HBO nursing diploma, BIG registration, and a collaborative working style. It offers a one-year contract with a prospect of permanent employment, 24–36 hours per week, and a gross monthly salary starting at €3,164 and rising to €4,261 for a full-time 36-hour week.
