VEG is hiring a Nursing Trainer to lead and develop emergency medicine staff through on-the-floor mentoring, peer-led sessions, direct observation, training programs, and educational content. The role partners with nursing managers and professional networks, supports advancement through VEG’s Cultivate program, and may require travel to other regional hospitals. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, veterinary technician credentialing in the relevant state, emergency medicine expertise, and strong communication and teaching skills; an associate’s degree or higher in veterinary technology is strongly preferred.
