Description
The Information and Assistance Specialist oversees nutritional and educational services for Congregate and Home Delivered programs and provides information, guidance, and assistance to older adults and their families. The role assesses client needs, coordinates social programs, maintains records and resource databases, conducts in-home visits, supervises staff and volunteers, and supports Division on Aging programs. It requires an associate’s degree in human services or 1–4 years of professional human service experience, computer literacy, and a valid state driver’s license.
