Description
The Prenatal Nutritionist assesses the nutritional status of prenatal and maternity patients, develops and monitors individualized nutrition care plans, provides counseling and educational support, documents care in the Crossroads electronic medical record, assigns WIC food packages, and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team. The role requires an RD credential or an equivalent dietetics qualification with two years of nutrition experience, a transcript, and knowledge of prenatal nutrition, medical terminology, and medical documentation.
