IntellaTriage is hiring an NX Workforce Management Associate to support nursing workforce planning, staffing optimization, scheduling, real-time monitoring, and reporting across healthcare operations. The role partners with Workforce Management, Clinical Operations, HR, and Finance to maintain coverage, improve service levels, and support operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. It is an entry-level to early-career, full-time position paying $23.50 per hour, with PTO and 401(k) eligibility for part-time and full-time employees and optional benefits for full-time employees.
