Willdan Lighting and Electric is hiring an experienced Market Development Manager to support the NYC Accelerator program in New York City. The role translates outreach strategy into operational execution, manages the outreach team and subcontractors, develops market-engagement initiatives, leads presentations and webinars, owns the outreach pipeline, and improves program participation through performance analysis and stakeholder collaboration. The position requires at least seven years of relevant experience, team leadership experience, strong presentation and communication skills, CRM and Salesforce experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
