Worley is hiring an EC&I Discipline Manager to lead and develop Electrical, Control & Instrumentation engineers and designers across New Zealand. The role provides technical leadership, project governance, resource and capability planning, quality and safety oversight, design assurance, customer engagement, business development, and innovation initiatives. It requires an engineering degree, CPEng status, team leadership experience, and expertise across power distribution, SCADA, PLCs, DCS, instrumentation, process control, and automation. The position can be based in Auckland or New Plymouth and offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
