Bureau Veritas is hiring an O2C Invoice Upload Specialist in Noida Sector 62 for a hybrid role requiring three days in the office and two days working from home, with a 6:30 PM–3:30 AM shift. The role manages invoice uploads across customer and electronic platforms, monitors invoices through approval and payment, resolves discrepancies, escalates rejections, supports AR and cash application, and collaborates with invoice-upload and onshore teams. Required qualifications include O2C, billing, or accounts receivable experience; a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; FLEX accounting software proficiency; advanced Excel skills; and strong English communication.
