COPA is establishing a new CDAI Office and is hiring a Director of Data Platform Engineering to lead the design, engineering, and evolution of enterprise cloud data platforms. The role defines multi-year architecture roadmaps, builds secure multi-tenant platforms, establishes engineering standards and automation, develops reusable data products and AI-ready infrastructure, and partners with solution architects, security, governance, cloud, integration, and data teams. It is a hybrid position requiring one day per week in the Harrisburg office and involves virtual and in-person interviews.
