Randstad Professional is hiring an Objections Lawyer to review initial administrative decisions, analyze objections, lead hearings or informal discussions, prepare legally sound recommendations and decisions, and represent the administrative authority in administrative court appeals. The role requires a law degree, at least one year of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of the General Administrative Law Act (Awb). It offers a gross monthly salary of €5,200–€7,200 based on 36 hours, hybrid working, and other employment benefits.
