Description
The Objektleiter Technisches Facility Management will lead the technical operation and maintenance of customer facilities in Innsbruck, coordinating maintenance, inspection, and repair work, managing staff and subcontractors, preparing quotations and cost calculations, and monitoring quality, costs, schedules, and technical standards. The role also serves as the central customer contact, maintains CAFM documentation, ensures compliance with regulations and standards, and identifies improvement opportunities. Applicants need technical training, several years of experience, knowledge of HKLS, electrical and fire protection systems, commercial awareness, computer skills, and a Führerschein B.
