NXP is hiring an Observability Engineer to design, implement, and automate enterprise monitoring and observability solutions across application, infrastructure, and cloud environments. The role involves building dashboards, alerts, KPIs, and service-health monitoring; supporting instrumentation and distributed tracing; troubleshooting incidents; and promoting observability standards. Required technologies include Splunk, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Tempo, Cribl, Python, Ansible, GitLab, CI/CD, AWS, and Azure, with 4–8 years of relevant experience.
