Accommodations Plus International is hiring a Senior Technical Operations Engineer to own the design, integration, administration, and continuous improvement of an AWS-based observability toolchain involving Datadog, JIRA Service Management, and xMatters. The role focuses on incident, change, and problem management workflows, automation, scripting, API integrations, cybersecurity, uptime, and AI-assisted development. It requires extensive ITSM, ITIL, platform, CI/CD, SRE, and observability experience, along with strong Java, Python, PowerShell, Unix, and REST API skills. The position is full-time, office-based, and offers a CAD 90,000–110,000 annual salary plus bonus eligibility and extended health insurance.
