Description
Axon is hiring an Observability Engineer to build and operate distributed tracing, logging, metrics, alerting, and self-service observability infrastructure for its engineering organization. The role covers OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Loki, Alloy, Cortex, Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, CDK, ArgoCD, Helm, and related tooling, while partnering with engineering teams on instrumentation standards and SLOs. It is based in the Seattle office on a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays, and requires a bachelor's degree, 7+ years of SRE, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience, and United States citizenship.
