Interactive Brokers Group is hiring an Observability Engineer to maintain and improve its Prometheus, Alertmanager, Alerta, ELK Stack, and other operational monitoring tools. The role focuses on aggregating metrics and logs, configuring alerts, developing Python and REST API tools, onboarding telemetry for production systems, and supporting incident response and reliability improvements. It is a hybrid position requiring four days in the office and one day remote, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least two years of SRE, DevOps, or technical operations experience.
