Description
The Observability Engineer will design and implement enterprise observability strategies across cloud, infrastructure, applications, and platforms; build telemetry pipelines; deploy and tune observability platforms; develop AIOps capabilities; create dashboards and SLO-driven reports; integrate observability data into automation and AI agents; and establish standards and continuous-improvement practices. The role requires a bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience or an equivalent education/experience combination, plus 6+ years of experience in observability, monitoring, SRE, cloud operations, or AIOps, along with hands-on experience with modern observability platforms, distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise production environments.
