Miratech is hiring an Observability Engineer to design, implement, and optimize observability solutions across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments. The role covers monitoring, telemetry, dashboards, alerts, automation, runbook and self-healing workflows, SLIs and SLOs, incident response, AIOps, and integration with CI/CD, cloud services, and ServiceNow. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, hands-on experience with major observability platforms and cloud technologies, Python and Terraform skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
