NEC Software Solutions is hiring an Observability Engineer to support and improve monitoring and observability across its Local Government and Central Government application products. The role involves configuring agents, collectors, and probes; maintaining platform availability and performance; designing application, database, and server monitors; improving alerting, dashboards, logging, and data quality; integrating with ISM tools; and collaborating with application owners, infrastructure teams, product SMEs, and service managers. The position can be remote or hybrid subject to location and requires UK security clearance, UK travel, and a pre-existing right to work.
