Description
The Obsolescence Manager will monitor discontinuations of hardware, software, and IT components; assess their impact on products and supply; research alternatives; coordinate technical suitability with development; maintain obsolescence plans; and communicate risks and solutions to Development and Project Management. The role is permanent and full-time, with remote work from anywhere in Germany and possible client-site work, and requires technical education or vocational training, obsolescence or comparable experience, technical knowledge, German and English proficiency, and willingness to undergo a security clearance check.
