RES is hiring an OCC Operator I in Denver, Colorado, with a hybrid remote arrangement. The role operates and monitors solar, battery energy storage, and wind assets from an Operations Control Center, resolving alarms and SCADA or communication failures, coordinating with field teams and grid stakeholders, maintaining operator logs, supporting outage scheduling and maintenance, and ensuring regulatory, environmental, safety, and operational standards. The position requires an associate degree in a technical, electrical, or engineering field or equivalent work experience, at least two years of control room or renewable energy experience, and proficiency with SCADA, energy management and trending analysis software, and Microsoft Office. It pays $30.50–$38.13 hourly and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
