Description
The OCC Superintendent leads day-to-day operations of the Old Corrugated Containers processing department in a high-volume paper mill, overseeing bale receiving, pulping, screening, cleaning, stock preparation, production targets, safety, environmental compliance, cost management, and continuous improvement. The role leads shift supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams, collaborates with procurement, quality control, and paper machine teams, and may require shift work, weekends, holidays, or on-call availability.
