Description
EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Occupancy Coordinator I to oversee occupancy, recertification, marketing, leasing, waitlist, resident relations, and administrative activities for Kukui Tower, a 380-unit affordable family housing community in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, computer literacy, basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge, and experience with multifamily occupancy management, HUD or TCAC programs, and related leasing or sales activities. Compensation is $22.33–$32.78 per hour, with a hiring range of $22.33–$27.55 per hour depending on experience and current EAH salaries.
