EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Occupancy Coordinator I to oversee occupancy, recertification, marketing, leasing, waitlist, resident relations, and administrative activities for Rohlffs Manor II and III, a 355-unit affordable senior housing community in Napa, California. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge, and experience with HUD or TCAC programs; occupancy certification or designation is preferred. The salary range is $23.50–$34.50 per hour, with a hiring range of $23.50–$29.00 per hour for new employees.
