Description

The Occupancy Planner manages the supply, capacity, and demand of a client's real estate portfolio within a specific geographic region. They balance daily spatial changes with long-term strategic space and occupancy analysis, developing efficient block plans, analyzing data, engaging stakeholders, coordinating projects, managing change, and providing strategic input.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in a corporate real estate or workplace planning environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong capability to synthesize complex utilization data into clear recommendations.
Proven ability to manage concurrent projects of varied scope with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of requests from ideation to completion.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; an ability to work seamlessly both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Demonstrated success in building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, client-focused service.
