Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is hiring a Space Planning Analyst to support occupancy planning and space management analysis for its real estate portfolio. The role assesses current and future space needs, develops scenarios and forecasts, coordinates projects, manages stakeholder expectations, supports design reviews and test fits, and contributes to business case analysis. It is remote after training, with the new employee working in the Newark office several days weekly for the first several months, and requires domestic travel as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and 2–3 years of relevant experience is a plus. The salary range is $70,500–$94,395, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
