SAIL is hiring a full-time, 100% on-site Occupancy Specialist in St. Paul to own HUD occupancy compliance for a 287-unit project-based Section 8 community. The role manages initial and recertifications, income and asset calculations, EIV and TRACS submissions, waitlists, move-ins, resident interviews, audit readiness, and recapitalization file work. Candidates need at least two years of affordable housing experience, HUD Section 8 knowledge, accurate income calculations, strong organization, resident communication skills, and confidentiality. The position offers a base salary of $58,000 to $65,000 per year plus bonus potential and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
