The City of Ann Arbor is hiring an Occupancy Specialist - Voucher Program to provide case management for low-income housing programs under the Voucher Program Manager. The role verifies tenant eligibility and regulatory compliance, maintains customer files, and schedules interviews and compliance paperwork. The position is onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., pays $22.41 initially, and requires an associate degree or higher-level degree, at least two years of relevant experience, a valid Michigan driver’s license, and occupancy certification within one year of hire.
