Description
The Occupational Health Program Manager leads the development, implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of occupational health programs across industrial or construction operations. The role conducts health risk assessments, corrective actions, audits, investigations, and health-data analysis; uses AI-enabled tools for risk prediction and compliance reporting; and requires a bachelor's degree in occupational health or a related field, 5–8 years of occupational health or EHS experience, and knowledge of OSHA standards.
