InHome Therapy is hiring full-time home health Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) in and around Aurora to provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes under the supervision of an occupational therapist. The role includes patient visits, independence-supportive therapy, accurate documentation, and access to training, mentorship, flexible scheduling, and a per-visit rate of $35–$45. Applicants need an active COTA license in good standing, BLS CPR certification, reliable transportation, and basic technology comfort.
