AbilityPath is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to children and families, with a focus on fine and gross motor development, oral motor development, sensory, and feeding. The role includes group and individual developmental sessions, case management, assessments, reporting, parent education, home-based and clinic-based therapy, and participation in IFSP, IEP, and treatment planning. Compensation is $95,000–$100,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus and benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, retirement matching, and professional development.
